Fred Hsu is Co-Founder & CEO at D3. With over two decades in the tech industry, Fred has been instrumental in scaling multiple companies with successful outcomes. As Co-Founder and CTO at Oversee.net, he pioneered the standard for many domain-related services including aftermarket brokerage, web hosting, ad placement (parking), and other managed services. Fred also founded San Francisco-based Manage.com, a mobile ad tech platform (acquired by Criteo, NASDAQ:CRTO), and Ember Entertainment, a Seattle-based AAA-game studio (acquired by Gala Games). Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
