Steven Wong is the founder of PublicAI and was previously an artificial intelligence researcher at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He holds a PhD in Machine Learning from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sun Yat-sen University.
