Book of Meme (BOME) was founded by the well-known meme artist DarkFarms, recognized for iconic Pepe meme creations. The project introduces a unique approach to token distribution and community engagement. During its launch, BOME adopted an innovative fundraising model, inviting users to contribute funds directly to a smart contract address. Contributors effectively “bought into” the project by sending assets to the contract, with the accumulated funds being distributed proportionally to token holders, reinforcing a community-first ethos.

Leveraging Solana as its blockchain backbone and supported by decentralized storage solutions like Arweave and IPFS, Book of Meme aims to preserve meme culture in a permanent, uncensorable format.
