Lumia Introdução
Lumia is a next-generation blockchain designed to address key challenges in the DeFi and Web3 ecosystems, such as scalability, liquidity fragmentation, and interoperability. As a Layer 2 solution, Lumia leverages an ultra-efficient zkEVM (Zero-Knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine) to enhance transaction throughput while maintaining the security of the Ethereum mainnet.
Its core value proposition lies in its ability to tokenize and manage Real World Assets (RWAs), bridging the gap between the traditional economy and the digital world. By providing infrastructure for asset tokenization and seamless connectivity to DeFi markets, Lumia enables RWAs to flow into decentralized finance with high liquidity and capital efficiency.
Lumia’s advanced tech stack includes PolygonCDK, AvailDA, and custom Asset Verification Systems (AVS), designed to optimize scalability and security. In addition, the platform is supported by a custom redundancy Data Availability Committee (DAC) to ensure reliable data availability, as well as decentralized sequencers and zkProvers that facilitate fast finality and validity proofs.
The project is co-developed by GatewayFM (RaaS) and Lumia's tech team, combining expertise in Real-Asset-as-a-Service (RaaS) with cutting-edge blockchain technology to create a hyper-liquid, decentralized ecosystem. With its sustainable tokenomics, decentralized liquidity network (Lumia Stream), and unique governance structure, Lumia is poised to reshape how RWAs are integrated into Web3, creating a secure and scalable foundation for the future of decentralized finance.

Reason for the Supply Increase
The original ORN tokenomics were designed in 2018 to support the Orion platform, a decentralized liquidity aggregator combining both CEX and DEX liquidity. With the transition of the Orion ecosystem to Lumia — the first Layer 2 Rollup designed to provide deep liquidity for Real-World Assets (RWA) — the tokenomics need to be adjusted to support this transformation and ensure the long-term stability of the ecosystem.
Key Reasons:
- Node Rewards: The increased supply will reward the operators of decentralized Lumia L2 nodes, ensuring the stability of the liquidity network.
- Community Incentives: To attract developers, users, and liquidity providers, we will promote ecosystem growth through airdrops, rewards programs, and other methods.
- Decentralized Governance and Staking: Expanding the token supply helps increase participation in governance and staking pools.
- Cross-Chain Interoperability: To support integrations with protocols like Polygon, Hyperlane, etc., more tokens are required to provide liquidity and incentives.
New Supply Allocation
- Node Rewards (73,439,930 LUMIA, 50.21%): Distributed to reward node operators, validators, sequencers, and more, vested over 20 years.
- Community Rewards (72,817,703 LUMIA, 49.79%): Used for airdrops, grants, liquidity mining, and other community-building initiatives, vested over 10 years.
Distribution Plan
The LUMIA token supply will be distributed on a quarterly basis, with a total distribution period of 20 years. Each quarter, new tokens will be allocated to node rewards and community rewards.
